Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your McCoy products to prevent damage. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, we offer an easy exchange or replacement process.
Raise an Exchange Request:
Contact us within 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing items, or within 7 days if you've received a wrong product.

• Kindly include clear pictures of the damaged or missing product.
Exchange Process:
We will review your return request within 2 working days.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup by our courier partner. In areas where this is unavailable, you may self-ship the product via a reliable courier and we will reimburse the charges.
• After receiving your product, we’ll verify the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, as per stock availability.
Conditions:
• Exchanges/replacements are only processed for wrong, defective, or damaged items, or missing products.
• Used, altered, or opened items, or those missing original packaging and labels, will not be accepted.
• Damaged/missing product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange Policy
If you need a size change or have received an incorrect item, we offer a simple exchange policy.

Process: • We will arrange a reverse pickup. If pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product and we will reimburse you for the courier charges.
• After a successful quality check, we will dispatch the exchange or replacement product.
Conditions: • Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition with mono cartons and labels.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for used, altered, or unsellable items, or if the request is raised after 7 days.
Note: We cannot accept exchanges for used, damaged, or unsellable products.
No Refunds on SALE items.
Charges: The cost of exchange request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.

Process: • We will review your return request and arrange a reverse pickup.
• In case reverse pickup is not possible, you may self-ship and we will reimburse the shipping charges.
• After the product is received and passes a quality check, we will initiate your refund.
Condition: • Only items in original condition with all labels, unused and undamaged, are eligible for return.
• Used, altered, or unpackaged items are not eligible.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product is reported after 7 days.
Refund: Once approved, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Refund Policy
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days for cancellations, or within 2 weeks for returns (after pickup and quality check).
Method: • Prepaid order refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, or gift card).
• Cash on Delivery order refunds require you to provide bank details and will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping Charges: Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective or a wrong product is delivered.

• Ensure the product is returned within the 7-day window for a smooth process.
• Used, altered, or items missing original packaging/labels will not be accepted for return or exchange.
